Shipment processing time

At CoolSaver we always strive to deliver your orders on the estimated date and also making the experience as smooth as possible. All our orders are delivered on business days. 


- Your order will be delivered to the address specified when you place the order.


- Always double-check that you enter the correct address. If you happen to enter an incorrect address, please contact us at info@coolsaver.se soon as possible. If your package has been sent from us, no change of address can be made.


- Please always check the contents of your package when it arrives. Should anything be missing, it is your responsibility to notify customer service within 24 hours of receiving delivery.


- If there is damage to your package or if you suspect that someone has opened the packaging, you must document this carefully and contact us or Postnord for a complaint. Also indicate if any of the content is missing.

*Delays may occur from the carrier that is outside of our control. If your package is more than 2 days late, please contact us at info@coolsaver.se.



Shipment confirmation and order tracking

When you make your order you will get a confirmation email and tracking number for your package.

Customs, duties, and taxes

CoolSaver is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

CoolSaver is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

CoolSaver offers shipping to some countries outside of Sweden. The carrier is Postnord and the cost is based on what countries we ship to and the products you order. The  calculated shipping  is always shown in the checkout.

Returns Policy

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Email us at info@coolsaver.com.
  2. Describe the products you wish to return or exchange from your order and why.
  3. Print the prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
  4. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

The following are add-ons with more information that you may want to include:

  • Returns usually take 14 days to be received and processed. When your return has been processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, this could take up to 5 work days. We will keep in touch with you along the way and send you an email once it’s all done.
  • Any shipping fees the customer will need to pay
  • Any return restocking fees the customer will need to pay
  • Contact information for your business if the customer has more questions
